EXPECTED RESULTS

Based on the following pedagogical methodology:
- Web-based and educational media tools
- Trainee centered learning
- Learning by doing
- Self-evaluation and feedback
- Peer learning

The e-platform will work as the main support for the development of the training program. Besides working as a repository of contents, it will facilitate transnational cooperation among all the intervenient (both trainers and trainees). The e-platform will be customized with the tools specified in the pedagogical model and will integrate the training contents. It will be available in English, as well as in the partners’ national languages and will be tested by local pilot groups, including end users.

The learning contents will focus on Communication and will also include activities and assessments for trainees to practice and validate the skills acquired. The contents will then be translated and integrated in the e-platform completing the e-environment that supports the whole training programme.

Each partner will organize a network of micro-entrepreneurs that will participate in the local training and sharing sessions; they will be asked to produce digital contents based on their knowledge using the acquired ICT tools focused in communicating and sharing with peers.

The final conference will be organized in November 2015 in Zwickau (Germany) and will be a 2-days event. Participants can be representatives of VSE related organizations, public and private bodies operating in the field of training and supporting small businesses, professional trainers working with VSE, entrepreneurs and staff of VSE, etc. The proceedings of the conference will be available in electronic format here in the project website.
